Riding Lessons for All Levels

As a horseback riding instructor from Germany, I bring a life-long passion for equestrian sport to the Ardmore community. Leveraging nearly 30 years of experience, including dressage and show jumping and merging both European and American riding styles, I am dedicated to and uniquely qualified to providing top-notch riding lessons that cater to riders of all levels.

My approach to teaching goes beyond the basics. I place paramount importance on safety and the well-being of both riders and horses. I believe in instilling a strong foundation in horse care, encouraging my students to form genuine bonds with their equine partners. This includes everything from grooming, tacking to equine behavior and health. Whether you’re a leisure rider or you would like to compete, I will be with you every step of the way. 

My riding journey began at age 4 and culminated in competing in Germany at the highest levels of jumping and up to the third level of dressage. Additionally, I was a working student for Nations Cup rider Kurt Maier and worked as a young horse rider and groom for Stall Dietterle both located in South Germany. Furthermore, I developed a passion for bringing young horses into the sport, which has developed me as a rider and horse trainer.

I aspire to foster a sense of harmony between horse and rider, emphasizing the natural grace and beauty of the equestrian world. Each lesson is tailored to the individual needs and goals of my students, whether they are beginners taking their first steps in the saddle or experienced riders looking to refine their skills. I am also highly skilled in matching horse and rider to achieve the best outcomes. Due to my extensive connections with reputable US and Germany based horse barns, I am also able to help find the perfect match and guide you through the critical decision of purchasing or leasing a horse or pony.

I am a wife of an Air Force veteran and mother of a 4-year-old boy and a 15-month-old girl who has recently relocated to the Ardmore area where we are looking to establish a home.
